About Me

Rebirth: guidance born from lived experience

When our certainties shatter and the world no longer makes sense, we can feel lost in pain, grief, and uncertainty. It can become difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Our certainties shatter.
Anger, denial, deep sadness and attempts to bargain with reality follow one another and intertwine…

I know this vertigo.
I know this tsunami.
I have been there too.

My story

Before, I was that woman, that mother of four children, that teacher deeply committed to her values,
moving through a daily life woven with certainties, gardens and friendships.

Then came the loss of my son, Louis.

It is not only a life that was taken away —
my entire world was swept away.

Toward a necessary transformation

For me, grief is not an abstract concept.
It is a land I have walked upon, a breath I had to learn to find again.

In this journey, I grieved for my son…
and also for the person I was before.

I came to understand that what has been broken cannot simply be “repaired”.
We must become again.

Today, I support you to:

  • stop fighting the current and relearn how to listen to what the present moment is offering you,
  • transform pain into a solid inner foundation — a safe place you can lean on,
  • recognise that your identity is not defined by what you have lost, but by the love that continues to flow within you.

Your past is not an obstacle to your light.
It can become the fertile ground of your strength.

You do not need to feel better before you begin living again.
You can choose peace now, to honour what is.

I have walked this path.
I have searched, tested and explored many tools and forms of support.
I have also been my own field of experience.

What I offer you today is the result of this journey:
the most meaningful and effective forms of support I have discovered and integrated,
drawn from psychosomatic approaches that address, at the same time:

  • the body,
  • the nervous system,
  • emotions,
  • and unconscious processes.

Because lasting transformation involves the whole being, in all its dimensions.
