Purpose Garden : Where hope blooms after loss

Find safety, feel seen, and experience powerful, evidence-informed tools to help you heal and reconnect with life.

About Me

Some experiences change us forever.

The death of someone we love. Trauma. A life that no longer feels like our own.

I know this place because I have lived it.

I am the mother of four children. After the death of my son, Louis, I made the decision to leave my career as a teacher after more than 30 years. My healing journey became my life’s purpose.

Today, I support people navigating grief, trauma and profound life transitions with an approach that combines lived experience, compassion, and evidence-informed somatic therapies.

I trained with some of the world’s leading experts, including David Kessler in grief, Marisa Peer, creator of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Paul McKenna in hypnosis, and Breatholution, an innovative approach combining breathwork and hypnosis to facilitate profound emotional healing and lasting transformation.

Because I believe healing is not just about talking.

Grief and trauma are not only held in our thoughts—they are carried in our bodies and nervous systems. Lasting healing happens when we gently work with the whole person: mind, body and emotions.

That’s why my sessions combine powerful, body-based approaches such as Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Breatholution, Breathwork, Havening Techniques®, and grief education to help you feel safe, regulate your nervous system, release emotional pain, and reconnect with yourself.

My intention is simple:

To offer you a compassionate space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered with practical tools to continue living a full and meaningful life while honouring your losses, finding meaning in your experiences, and allowing them to transform you into the person you are meant to become.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.

It means carrying love alongside loss and discovering that hope, purpose, and even joy can bloom again.

If you’re ready to take the first step, you can book a Discovery Call through my online calendar on the Get in Touch page. I’d be honoured to support you on your healing journey.
