Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms apply to individual services provided by Purpose Garden to consumers. Please read them before booking. They should be read with the Privacy & Cookie Policy and Wellbeing and Clinical Disclaimer.

About Purpose Garden

Purpose Garden is operated by Ruth Guigon, a sole trader / micro-entrepreneur established in France. The business address is 29860 Plouvien, France. SIREN and SIRET details will be added when issued. You can contact Purpose Garden through the contact page.

Services

Purpose Garden offers the individual and programme services described on this website or agreed with you in writing before booking. The discovery call is complimentary and does not oblige either party to enter into further services. Services are tailored to the individual and are not a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

Booking, prices and payment

Appointments may be requested through the booking service or the contact page. A booking is confirmed only when Purpose Garden confirms it or the booking system issues confirmation. Before a paid booking is confirmed, you will be given the essential information about the service, price, timing and applicable payment arrangements.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be provided before a paid booking is confirmed. To request a change, please use the contact page.

Right of withdrawal for distance bookings

If you are a consumer entering into a service agreement at a distance, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of the agreement, subject to legal exceptions. If you expressly ask Purpose Garden to begin the service during that period, you may be required to pay for the part of the service already supplied. If a service has been fully performed after your prior express request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Participation and safety

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is suitable for you and for seeking appropriate urgent, medical or mental-health support where needed. Purpose Garden may pause, reschedule or decline a service where this is reasonably necessary for safety, suitability or professional boundaries.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied, please first submit a written complaint through the contact page and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Purpose Garden is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from information you choose not to disclose, use of third-party services, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain the protection of any mandatory rules that apply in their country of habitual residence.
