About Me

There are moments in life when what once held you no longer works.

A loss, a rupture, a collapse of meaning — and the path forward disappears.

I know this place.
I have walked it myself.

I am a mother of four and a former teacher. After the loss of my son, Louis, my world did not simply break — it ended as I knew it. What followed was not a return to “before,” but a necessary transformation.

Today, I accompany those who are living through grief or deep inner upheaval — not to erase pain, but to help it become a ground you can stand on.

My approach brings together body, nervous system, emotions, and unconscious processes, because true transformation involves the whole being.
